The Jiyi Flowmeter employs a non-intrusive sensing principle, typically using a turbine or Hall-effect mechanism, to generate a pulse signal proportional to fluid flow without obstructing the pipe. This design minimizes pressure drop and is suitable for clean water and low-viscosity fluid applications.
It outputs a clean NPN open-collector pulse signal, easily interfaced with digital inputs on microcontrollers, PLCs, or frequency counters. The sensor is rated for a working water pressure of 0.1 to 0.35 MPa and connects via an 8-10mm outer diameter interface for standard tubing.
