The Holybro X500 V2 Frame Kit is engineered with a focus on durability, ease of assembly, and expandability for a wide range of UAV applications. Constructed from high-quality full carbon fiber twill, this frame features 16mm carbon fiber tube arms securely integrated with newly designed fiber-reinforced nylon connectors. These connectors include convenient notches, significantly streamlining the motor and body-side installation process, reducing assembly time for builders.

This updated V2 iteration brings several critical enhancements. The spacing between the top and bottom carbon fiber plates has been increased, providing essential room and easier access for internal electronics, wiring, and component placement. A dedicated platform board now includes precise mounting holes for GPS modules and popular companion computers such as the Raspberry Pi 4 and NVIDIA Jetson Nano, facilitating advanced autonomous and computational payloads. The adjustable battery mounting board has also been enlarged to accommodate bigger LiPo batteries, enabling significantly longer flight durations for demanding missions.
