The LJ5A3-1-Z/BY operates on the electromagnetic induction principle, generating an oscillating field from its ABS sensing face. When a metallic target enters the 1mm detection zone, it dampens the oscillation, triggering the internal solid-state switch to change state. This provides a reliable, wear-free alternative to mechanical limit switches.
Engineered for harsh industrial environments, its brass-nickel plated housing offers corrosion resistance and mechanical durability.
