The Generic ATmega32U4 Pro Micro is a purpose-built development board centered on the ATmega32U4 microcontroller, which integrates a full-speed USB 2.0 controller directly into the chip. This architecture eliminates the need for a secondary USB-to-serial converter, allowing the board to function as a native USB Human Interface Device (HID).
