eSUN Silk PLA is an advanced PLA variant enhanced with special bright effect materials to achieve a distinctively shiny, silk-like appearance. This filament maintains the superior mechanical properties and toughness characteristic of standard PLA, ensuring consistent print quality and durable parts. Printing with eSUN Silk PLA is straightforward, with a recommended extrusion temperature range of 190-220℃. A heated print bed is optional but can be set between 60-80℃ to optimize first-layer adhesion and minimize warping. For best results, maintain a print speed of 20-100mm/s. This allows the material to cool and solidify properly, preserving its glossy finish and dimensional accuracy.
