eSUN PETG+ (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) is engineered for superior performance in FDM 3D printing. This transparent polymer offers enhanced toughness, excellent impact resistance, and high dimensional stability, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications. Its inherent chemical resistance ensures durability in various environments, while its nearly odorless printing process contributes to a more pleasant workshop experience.
This advanced PETG formulation exhibits a lower shrinkage rate compared to materials like ABS and PLA, enabling successful prints even without a heated bed in certain conditions. Parts printed with eSUN PETG+ feature a distinctive translucent and smooth surface with an attractive glossy finish. The material also incorporates a UV absorber, enhancing its resistance to degradation from ultraviolet light exposure and ensuring longer-lasting printed components. Note that due to a supplier update, `PETG+` may be branded as `PETG`, but the material specifications and performance remain identical.
