The BotWing F722 Flight Controller leverages a fully solderless architecture to streamline the build process for FPV and autonomous drones. Its core is the robust STM32F722 microcontroller, which provides ample processing headroom for complex flight algorithms, working in tandem with the ICM42688P inertial measurement unit for precise gyroscopic and accelerometer data. This combination ensures responsive and stable flight performance across a wide 3S to 6S LiPo input voltage range.
Engineered for flexibility, the board includes a comprehensive I/O suite: six UARTs allow for simultaneous connection of GPS modules, digital video transmitters, receivers, and telemetry sensors. The integrated AT7456E OSD chip enables clean, customizable on-screen display overlays, while the 32MB onboard Blackbox flash memory is essential for post-flight analysis and tuning. The inclusion of a dedicated, keyed connector for DJI Digital FPV Air Units simplifies integration into HD video setups.
