The DYP-L062MTW-V1.0 employs high-frequency ultrasonic detection technology to perform non-contact, safe measurement of liquefied gas levels. Its principle of operation involves emitting ultrasonic pulses and calculating the time-of-flight (ToF) of the reflected echo from the liquid surface, providing accurate distance-to-level data without physical contact with the hazardous medium.
Engineered for industrial and remote monitoring, the sensor features a robust IP67 enclosure capable of operating in temperatures from -15°C to +60°C. Its signal conditioning circuitry ensures stable output across the full measurement span, with automatic tracking that requires no reset when containers are refilled. The module supports multiple communication protocols (UART, I2C, RS485) and configurable baud rates, making it compatible with NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, and HTTP-based data uplink platforms for centralized tank management.
