The Pro-Range XKC-Y26A-PNP sensor employs an advanced inductive-capacitance principle to detect the presence or absence of liquid inside a container without any physical penetration. This non-invasive method prevents contamination, corrosion, and wear, making it ideal for sterile or corrosive fluid applications. The sensor generates a stable PNP (sourcing) output signal upon detection, which is easily interfaced with digital inputs on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), microcontrollers like Arduino and ESP32, or industrial data acquisition systems.
Encapsulated in an IP67-rated housing, the sensor is protected against temporary immersion and dust ingress, ensuring long-term reliability in challenging environments such as chemical processing, food and beverage production, and water treatment facilities.
