For best results, print between 210-230°C with a bed temperature of 40-60°C. A slower printing speed, typically 40-80 mm/s, helps ensure proper layer adhesion and reduces stringing. Direct drive extruders are often preferred for flexible materials to prevent kinking.

To minimize stringing and oozing, ensure proper retraction settings are configured. Start with a lower retraction distance (e.g., 0.5-2mm for direct drive) and a moderate speed (20-40mm/s). Calibrate flow rate, and ensure the filament is dry, as moisture can exacerbate these issues.

While TPU generally has good bed adhesion, a heated bed set between 40-60°C is highly recommended. This improves initial layer adhesion and helps prevent warping, especially for larger prints. Adhesives like a thin layer of glue stick or painter's tape can further enhance grip.

95A Shore hardness TPU is excellent for applications requiring a balance of flexibility and strength. It's commonly used for functional prototypes, flexible jigs and fixtures, protective casings, drone parts, and custom gaskets where moderate elasticity and good durability are key performance requirements.

TPU is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air. Store the filament in a dry, airtight container with desiccant packs when not in use. If moisture absorption is suspected, dry the filament in a filament dryer at 50-60°C for several hours before printing.
