The SM351LT is a non-chopper stabilized Hall effect sensor engineered for exceptional power efficiency and reliable magnetic field detection. Its nanopower architecture draws an average current of just 360 nA, making it ideal for battery-critical and energy-harvesting applications where long-term operation is paramount.
Featuring omnipolar operation, the sensor activates in the presence of a sufficiently strong magnetic field of either polarity, simplifying magnet placement and system design. The integrated push-pull output stage provides a clean digital signal, directly compatible with microcontroller GPIO pins without additional components. The device is specified for operation across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is housed in a RoHS-compliant SOT-23-3 surface-mount package.
