The SCD41 module integrates Sensirion’s advanced photoacoustic sensing (PAS) technology to deliver precise, long-term stable CO2 measurements without the need for frequent recalibration. The onboard SHT40 sensor provides simultaneous temperature and humidity readings, which are used to automatically compensate the CO2 data for enhanced accuracy across varying environmental conditions.
Designed for low-power operation, the module features a single-shot measurement mode that minimizes average current draw, making it ideal for energy-conscious applications in smart buildings, IoT environmental monitors, and demand-controlled ventilation systems. The digital I2C output ensures noise-immune communication and straightforward integration with most microcontrollers and single-board computers.
