The Saier HZ83K Water Flow Sensor employs a precision turbine mechanism to translate fluid velocity into a measurable electrical signal. As fluid passes through the sensor body, it spins an internal rotor, generating a pulse train (digital output) proportional to the flow rate, while also providing a corresponding analog voltage level. This dual-output design offers flexibility for direct microcontroller interfacing or analog-to-digital conversion.
Engineered for durability, the sensor features a robust housing capable of withstanding pressures up to 1.2 MPa. Its low current consumption (≤15mA) makes it suitable for battery-powered or low-energy applications. The sensor is designed for integration into water management systems, industrial process control, and smart home automation, providing reliable data for flow monitoring, leak detection, and consumption tracking.
