SWYAM No Battery Self Powered Kinetic Wireless RF Switch 1 Gang 1 Receiver

The switch incorporates a piezoelectric kinetic energy harvester. Each time you press the button, the mechanical motion is converted into a small electrical pulse, which powers a 433.92MHz RF transmitter to send the on/off signal to the receiver. This process requires no internal battery and no connection to mains wiring, making the switch unit completely self-contained and maintenance-free.

The integrated relay in the receiver is rated for a maximum current of 10 Amps. This allows it to control a wide variety of AC loads. For example, at a standard 230V mains voltage, it can handle up to 2300 Watts, suitable for multiple LED lights, ceiling fans, small heaters, or other common household appliances, provided the total load does not exceed the 10A rating.

Installation is straightforward. First, wire the receiver into your existing electrical circuit in place of a traditional switch, connecting Line, Neutral, and Load wires. Then, simply press the pairing button on the receiver and press the kinetic switch. The units will synchronize on the 433.92MHz frequency. The switch can be mounted anywhere within range using screws or adhesive, requiring no electrical connections at its location.

The specified range is up to 30 meters indoors and 100 meters outdoors in clear line-of-sight. Indoor performance depends on building materials; the 433MHz signal penetrates walls and floors reasonably well. For best results, avoid placing the receiver inside large metal enclosures and minimize the number of concrete or thick brick walls between the switch and receiver to maintain a strong signal link.
