The Waveshare Nano Base Board (C), identified as CM4-NANO-C, is a miniature expansion board meticulously designed for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. Despite its tiny footprint, it effectively breaks out critical interfaces from the CM4, making it highly suitable for both rapid prototyping, evaluation, and seamless integration into final embedded products.
This baseboard enhances the CM4’s capabilities by providing a dedicated Mini HDMI output for up to 4K @ 30fps displays, a TF card slot to support CM4 Lite modules, and a built-in 8MP IMX219-D160 camera module. It further includes a USB 2.0 Type-A port, a MIPI DSI display interface, and a 5V power input via its Type-C port, which also facilitates eMMC burning for CM4 eMMC variants when in download mode.
