Description

Pro-Range Rigid Resin is a high-performance LCD light-curing photopolymer engineered for additive manufacturing applications demanding exceptional stiffness, durability, and mechanical strength. This advanced resin is formulated to produce stiff, functional prototypes, industrial components, and end-use parts capable of withstanding significant mechanical stress and maintaining precise dimensional stability under challenging conditions. Its robust composition ensures excellent layer adhesion and high definition, making it suitable for intricate designs where rigidity and structural integrity are paramount.

With a tensile strength ranging from 38MPa to 43MPa and impact resistance between 18J/m and 45J/m, parts printed with this resin exhibit superior resilience. The material also boasts a high hardness of 73D to 81D, contributing to excellent surface durability and resistance to wear. Its low viscosity (150cps ~ 350cps) ensures stable printing performance, allowing for smooth resin flow and reliable layer curing. Post-processing involves an alcohol rinse followed by UV post-curing to achieve optimal mechanical properties, including a heat distortion temperature of 57°C to 75°C.
