eSUN’s TPU-95A filament, in a translucent pink, is engineered for demanding applications requiring superior flexibility and durability. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this material excels in producing models that can withstand significant deformation without permanent damage, making it perfect for items needing both strength and pliability. The advanced polymer formulation provides exceptional tear and wear resistance, alongside good cut resistance, ensuring a long lifespan for printed parts.
This 1.75mm filament is known for its robust and extremely durable characteristics, suitable for a range of functional prototypes and end-use parts. While flexible materials can present printing challenges, eSUN TPU-95A offers relatively good printability, typically requiring print temperatures between 220-250°C and a heated bed of 45-60°C to ensure optimal layer adhesion and minimize warping. Proper retraction settings and a slower print speed (20-50 mm/s) are recommended to achieve the best results with its elastic nature.
