This 1.75mm filament is known for its robust and extremely durable characteristics, suitable for a range of functional prototypes and end-use parts. While flexible materials can present printing challenges, eSUN TPU-95A offers relatively good printability, typically requiring print temperatures between 220-250°C and a heated bed of 45-60°C to ensure optimal layer adhesion and minimize warping. Proper retraction settings and a slower print speed (20-50 mm/s) are recommended to achieve the best results with its elastic nature.
