For optimal results, an extruder temperature between 240-270°C is recommended. The heated bed should be maintained at 80-100°C to ensure excellent adhesion and minimize warping. Printing in an enclosed printer is highly advised for stable temperatures and improved part quality and success rates.

ABS-GF incorporates glass fibers, significantly boosting its bending modulus by 52%, tensile strength, and heat distortion temperature to 99°C compared to standard ABS. This reinforcement also greatly enhances dimensional stability, reducing print warping and deformation, while providing a unique matte surface finish.

Like all ABS-based filaments, ABS-GF is hygroscopic and performs best when dry. It's recommended to dry the filament at 70-80°C for at least 6-8 hours before printing, especially if stored in humid conditions. Proper drying prevents common issues such as stringing, bubbling, and poor layer adhesion.
