SUNLU PLA+ filament is an enhanced polylactic acid material designed for demanding 3D printing applications, offering significantly improved mechanical properties over standard PLA. Its advanced molecular structure provides superior impact strength, rated at up to 8KJ/m², making printed parts more resilient and drop-resistant. This material also boasts excellent layer adhesion, ensuring strong, cohesive prints with vibrant color reproduction.
This PLA+ formulation is engineered for exceptional printability, featuring an optimized resin blend and a precise 1.75mm diameter with a tight tolerance of ±0.02mm. The filament’s manufacturing process focuses on eliminating common printing issues such as warping, bubbling, and clogging, facilitating a smoother and more reliable printing experience. Its advanced winding technology prevents tangles, further ensuring uninterrupted print jobs. Recommended nozzle temperatures range from 210°C to 235°C, with a heated bed temperature of 55°C to 65°C, making it compatible with a wide array of FDM 3D printers.
