The Saier HW06C water flow sensor utilizes a Hall-effect turbine mechanism to generate a digital pulse signal proportional to the flow rate passing through its chamber. This design provides a reliable and contactless method for measuring liquid flow, ensuring long-term durability and minimal pressure drop. The sensor’s output is a clean square wave, making it simple to interface with common digital input pins on development boards and industrial controllers.
Constructed with a robust plastic housing and brass threaded fittings, the sensor is rated for working pressures up to 1.2 MPa. Its low current consumption (≤15mA) and wide voltage input make it versatile for battery-powered or mains-powered systems. The integrated signal conditioning provides a defined high-level output (≥4.5V) and low-level output (≤0.5V) for reliable digital communication.
