Pro-Range TPU 95A typically prints between 210-230°C with a bed temperature of 40-60°C. Optimal print speeds are usually slower, ranging from 40-80 mm/s, to ensure proper layer adhesion and prevent stringing. Adjust these based on your printer and specific part geometry for best results.

To minimize stringing with TPU, optimize retraction settings with a shorter distance and higher speed. Ensure your filament is dry, as moisture significantly contributes to stringing. Reducing print temperature within the recommended range and printing slower can also substantially improve surface finish and reduce oozing.

For Pro-Range TPU 95A, a clean glass bed with a thin layer of PVA glue stick or blue painter's tape provides excellent adhesion. Some users also achieve good results with PEI sheets. A heated bed between 40-60°C is generally recommended to further improve first layer adhesion and prevent warping.

TPU is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture easily. To dry Pro-Range TPU 95A, place the spool in a filament dryer at 50-60°C for 4-8 hours. Alternatively, use a convection oven at similar temperatures. Drying is crucial for consistent print quality, reducing stringing, and improving mechanical properties.
