Pro-Range ABS+ filament is an advanced acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) variant engineered for superior mechanical performance. Unlike standard ABS, this modified formulation offers improved toughness and impact resistance, making it suitable for creating rugged, functional parts. Its enhanced heat distortion temperature broadens its applicability to outdoor and high-temperature environments.
This ABS+ material specifically addresses common ABS printing challenges by featuring reduced odor and a lower tendency to warp or crack during the printing process. While standard ABS can often be post-processed with acetone vapor for a smooth finish, Pro-Range ABS+ is not designed for acetone treatment, focusing instead on inherent printability and robust mechanical properties. It excels in applications requiring high durability and reliability.
