For Numakers ABS, an extruder temperature between 240-260°C is recommended, along with a heated build plate set to 100-110°C. These settings promote excellent layer adhesion and minimize warping, ensuring strong, dimensionally accurate prints. An enclosed printer can further enhance print quality and reduce drafts.

While not always required, annealing ABS parts can improve mechanical properties. To minimize warping, ensure your printer has a heated bed set to 100-110°C and use an enclosure to maintain a stable ambient temperature. Good bed adhesion, possibly with an adhesive, is also crucial for preventing lift-off.

ABS filament is somewhat hygroscopic. To maintain optimal print quality, store Numakers ABS in a cool, dry environment, preferably in an airtight container with desiccant. If the filament absorbs moisture, drying it in a filament dryer at approximately 60-70°C for 4-6 hours before printing is recommended.
