The ZRB-25×32 model, with an outer diameter of 25mm and a length of 32mm, is crafted from machined aluminum, providing robust performance without damaging the connected shafts due to its clamping mechanism.
Its unique spiral cut design grants flexibility, allowing it to accommodate minor misalignments between two shafts that are not perfectly co-linear. This design also helps reduce binding effects and makes the coupling behave like a spring in linear X, Y, and Z axes, but maintains torsional stiffness for precise rotational power transmission.
