eSUN ABS+ filament represents a significant upgrade over conventional ABS, designed to deliver a superior 3D printing experience. This material is engineered for compatibility with all FDM 3D printers, effectively replacing standard ABS with enhanced performance. Its advanced formulation minimizes common printing issues like stringing and allows for the successful fabrication of larger objects with increased reliability.
This advanced ABS+ variant boasts considerably higher toughness and strength while exhibiting dramatically reduced warping characteristics compared to traditional ABS, which can warp over 8%. The composite material, enhanced with special additives, ensures improved first-layer adhesion and maintains dimensional stability throughout the printing process. It’s also more forgiving with temperature requirements for features like bridges and overhangs, resulting in more rigid, defined structures and exceptional layer bonding.
