E3D Brass V6 Nozzle (1.75mm Filament, 0.50mm Aperture)

This E3D Brass V6 Nozzle is compatible with any 3D printer using the E3D V6 ecosystem, including V6, Lite6, Titan Aero hotends, and models like the Prusa i3 and i3 MK2. It features a standard M6 thread for broad integration across various E3D-based setups.

Brass nozzles offer excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring consistent melt temperature for various filaments. They are ideal for general-purpose printing with standard materials like PLA, ABS, and PETG, providing a cost-effective balance of performance and wear resistance for everyday use in FDM printing.

The E3D V6 Nozzle features optimized internal geometry specifically designed to reduce back-pressure on the filament. This design promotes smoother, more consistent material flow, minimizing clogs and stringing. It also enhances retraction effectiveness, resulting in cleaner, more precise 3D prints with improved detail and surface finish.

All E3D V6 nozzles are individually marked on the flats of the hex head with their aperture diameter. This convenient feature allows for quick and accurate identification of the nozzle size without needing to measure, streamlining nozzle changes and inventory management for various printing tasks and resolutions.

While brass nozzles are suitable for standard filaments, they are not recommended for abrasive materials like carbon fiber-filled or glow-in-the-dark filaments. Abrasive materials will quickly wear down brass, leading to increased aperture size and reduced print quality. For such filaments, hardened steel or ruby nozzles are advised.
