These nozzles are designed for the E3D V6 Ecosystem, including hotends like the V6 and Hemera. Please note they are not suitable for Cyclops or Volcano hotends, which require different nozzle types due to their specific geometries and melt zones and are excluded from this kit's compatibility.

A range of nozzle sizes allows for versatile printing. Smaller nozzles (e.g., 0.25mm) enable finer details and smoother surface finishes, while larger nozzles (e.g., 0.80mm) facilitate faster prints and stronger parts by increasing layer height and extrusion width, adapting to various project needs.

The nozzles in this pack are made from high-quality brass. Brass nozzles are ideal for general-purpose filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and Nylon due to their excellent thermal conductivity. They are not recommended for abrasive filaments like carbon fiber composites or glow-in-the-dark materials.

To change nozzles, first heat your hotend to printing temperature (e.g., 200°C) to soften any residual plastic. Carefully unscrew the old nozzle using the included E3D Nozzle Spanner. Screw in the new nozzle until finger-tight, then tighten it with the spanner, ensuring a proper seal without overtightening.
