Description
The BIQU H2 V2S Lite Extruder, developed in collaboration with E3D, represents a significant advancement in direct drive extrusion technology. This innovative system stands out for its exceptionally low weight of just 175g, making it 36g lighter than its predecessor. This reduction in mass translates directly to improved print accuracy and reduced extruder inertia, which is critical for high-speed and precision 3D printing applications. Constructed from a durable aluminium alloy body and featuring nano-coated tool steel gears, the H2 V2S Lite is designed for long-term reliability and resistance to wear and corrosion.
Engineered for high performance, the H2 V2S Lite boasts accelerated and effective heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation during extended print jobs. It supports fast printing with a volumetric speed of 45 mm³/s, significantly reducing print times. A newly developed lever handle streamlines the filament loading and unloading process, allowing for quick material changes without the need to continuously hold the handle. The extruder also features an easily removable H2 Bi-Metal Heatbreak, crafted from copper and titanium alloy with a thermal compound coating, which enhances heat conduction and cooling efficiency. This system’s dual-gear filament feed provides an adjustable tension mechanism and delivers a robust extrusion force of up to 7.5 kg, ensuring consistently smooth material delivery across various filament types.
Further enhancing its versatility, the H2 V2S Lite includes four additional mounting holes, ideal for integrating auto-levelling sensors or supplementary cooling fans to optimize printing further. It offers broad compatibility with popular filaments such as ABS, HIPS, PLA, PET, PVA, and TPU, as well as a wide range of 3D printers including the BIQU B1, BIQU BX, Ender-3 series, Voron 2.4, Voron V0, and Vzbot, making it an excellent upgrade for many existing setups.
