The Bambu Lab Automatic Material System (AMS) is an intelligent filament management unit designed to elevate the capabilities of compatible Bambu Lab 3D printers. It enables sophisticated multi-color and multi-material printing, allowing users to move beyond single-material constraints and create more complex, visually rich models. By handling up to four distinct filament spools per AMS unit, and supporting up to four AMS units for a total of 16 colors, it drastically expands creative possibilities and optimizes workflow.
