Bambu Lab ABS 1.75mm filament in Olive Green is formulated for producing strong, durable, and dimensionally stable prints. This material excels in functional prototyping, jig & fixture creation, and end-use parts requiring good mechanical properties. Its inherent high impact resistance, even at moderate temperatures, ensures printed objects withstand significant stress and environmental factors. With a heat deflection temperature of 87 °C, parts maintain their integrity in moderately warm environments without deforming.

This ABS formulation offers excellent layer adhesion and minimizes warping when printed under controlled conditions, such as with an enclosed printer and heated build plate. While printing, adequate ventilation is recommended due to potential odors. For optimal results, ensure the filament is properly dried at 80°C for 8 hours before use, and stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption, which can lead to print quality issues.

The filament’s water-resistant properties contribute to the longevity of printed components, making them suitable for applications in humid or occasionally wet conditions.
