However, due to the inclusion of luminous particles within its composition, eSUN PLA Luminous can cause increased wear on standard extruder components and nozzles over time. For optimal performance and longevity, it is strongly recommended to use a dual-gear extruder paired with a hardened steel or ruby nozzle. Printing parameters generally fall within an extruder temperature range of 210-230℃ and a bed temperature of 45-60℃, with a fan speed of 100% and print speeds of 40-100mm/s, ensuring excellent material flow and layer adhesion for durable parts.
The intensity and duration of the luminous effect are directly dependent on the light source’s intensity and exposure time. Longer exposure to light results in a brighter and more prolonged glow, allowing for dynamic visual effects in your printed models.
