To mitigate warping, use a heated print bed set between 80-100°C, and consider applying an adhesion aid like ABS slurry or Kapton tape. Printing in an enclosed environment significantly helps maintain a stable ambient temperature, crucial for large ABS parts. Minimize drafts around the print area.

While not strictly mandatory for very small prints, using an enclosure is highly recommended for printing Bambu Lab ABS, especially for larger or more complex models. An enclosure helps maintain a consistent, elevated temperature around the print, which dramatically reduces warping and improves layer adhesion.

ABS filament is prone to absorbing moisture, which can degrade print quality. Store Bambu Lab ABS in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight container or a vacuum-sealed bag with desiccant packs. Properly dried filament ensures consistent extrusion and prevents common printing issues like bubbling or stringing.
