The BIGTREETECH BTT TMC2208 V3.0 UART is an advanced stepper motor driver module designed to significantly enhance the performance and reduce the noise of two-phase stepper motors in applications such as 3D printers and small CNC machinery. Its core technology, StealthChop2, ensures exceptionally quiet operation, providing a more pleasant working environment. This module also incorporates SpreadCycle, a high-speed and high-dynamics chopper mode that effectively prevents step loss and motor jitter, ensuring consistent and accurate motion.

This TMC2208 V3.0 driver supports a continuous drive current of 1.2A and a peak current of 2A, operating within a versatile voltage range of 4.75V to 36V. A key advantage of the BIGTREETECH design is its immersional gold finishing, which generates approximately 30% lower heat compared to competing TMC2208 versions.
