The FrSky Taranis Q X7 Access transmitter integrates the high-speed ACCESS RF protocol, delivering a robust 24-channel link with enhanced signal security and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates for compatible receivers. Its digital interface module ensures faster baud rates and reduced latency compared to previous ACCST systems. The unit is powered by the versatile OpenTX platform, offering extensive customization for switch assignments, logical functions, and telemetry scripting.
Constructed with an ergonomic, compact case, the Q X7 Access houses quad ball-bearing gimbals for precise control feel. The system supports real-time flight data logging, spectrum analyzer functions, and wired trainer connectivity. It requires a 2S LiPo battery (6.5–8.4V) with a 3-pin JST-XH connector, which is housed in an easily accessible compartment.
