The Pro-Range D1103 8000KV motor is specifically engineered for 1S LiPo battery systems, operating at a nominal 3.7 volts. It is optimized for efficiency and performance within this voltage range and is not recommended for use with higher cell count batteries like 2S or 3S, as this would exceed its design limits and likely cause failure.

This motor is compatible with small micro drone propellers, specifically sizes like 4530 (4.5-inch diameter, 3.0-inch pitch) and 5030 (5.0-inch diameter, 3.0-inch pitch). Using the correct propeller is crucial for achieving the advertised 45 grams of thrust and optimal efficiency without overloading the motor's 2.8A max current draw.

This is a clockwise (CW) rotation motor. For a standard quadcopter build, you will need two CW motors and two CCW motors. Always pair motors correctly on opposite corners of your frame to ensure proper yaw control and stable flight characteristics in Betaflight or similar flight controller software.
