Description

The M5Stack Atom S3 Lite is a miniature yet powerful programmable controller built around the Espressif ESP32-S3FN8 chip. This board delivers a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor, 8MB of flash memory, and integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with a built-in 3D antenna, providing a complete wireless IoT node solution in a package barely larger than a postage stamp. Its efficient power management circuit accepts a 5V input via the USB Type-C port and regulates it to a stable 3.3V for the core system and peripherals.

Designed for maximum flexibility in constrained spaces, the board exposes six multifunction GPIO pins supporting digital I/O, ADC, and touch sensing, alongside a standardized GROVE connector for plug-and-play modularity. The integrated programmable tactile button, addressable RGB LED, and infrared transmitter enable immediate development of user interfaces, status indicators, and remote control functions without requiring additional components. The inclusion of an M2 screw hole on the rear facilitates secure mounting in end-use enclosures or wearables.
