Description

The M5Stack Core2 for AWS is an all-in-one ESP32 development kit engineered specifically for learning and building IoT applications with Amazon Web Services. It combines the powerful ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3 SoC, featuring dual-core processing and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, with a pre-provisioned ATECC608 hardware encryption chip. This secure element handles cryptographic operations and device identity, streamlining secure connections to AWS IoT Core without complex key management.

Beyond its cloud-ready security, the kit is a complete sensor and interface hub. It includes a vibrant capacitive touch screen, a PDM microphone, a 6-axis IMU (accelerometer & gyroscope), a vibration motor, an I2S audio codec with amplifier and speaker, and a ring of 10 RGB LEDs. A 500mAh lithium-ion battery with integrated power management enables portable operation, while the modular M5Stack ecosystem allows for expansion with additional units and sensors via its Grove-compatible connectors.
