Pro-Range Transparent Green Casting Resin is a high-performance, water-washable photopolymer specifically formulated for precision jewelry manufacturing and detailed small object casting. This low-viscosity (125 cps) resin facilitates superior printability, allowing for exceptional resolution and capturing intricate designs without sacrificing material integrity. It cures efficiently under 395-405nm UV light, producing parts with a vibrant, clear green finish.
The cured resin exhibits excellent mechanical properties, including a high tensile strength of 35 MPa and a flexural strength of 75 MPa, ensuring robust and durable end-use components. With a Shore D hardness of 85D and heat resistance up to 85°C, printed models maintain their dimensional stability and withstand moderate thermal stress. Its low water absorption (0.93%) further enhances part longevity and resistance to environmental factors, making it ideal for prototypes and functional jewelry pieces.
