For best results, print Pro-Range TPU 95A filament with an extruder temperature between 210-230°C and a heated bed set to 40-60°C. To reduce stringing with TPU, ensure your retraction settings are optimized; try a lower retraction distance (e.g., 0.5-2mm) and a higher retraction speed (e.g., 30-50mm/s). Printing slower, ensuring the filament is dry, and properly calibrating your printer's flow rate can also significantly help in minimizing stringing.

While Pro-Range TPU 95A can be printed on Bowden systems, a direct drive extruder is generally recommended for flexible filaments. Direct drive systems provide better control over filament feeding, minimizing buckling and improving retraction performance, which leads to more consistent extrusion and higher quality prints for highly flexible materials like TPU.

Excellent bed adhesion for TPU 95A can be achieved by using a heated bed (40-60°C) with a suitable adhesive surface. Blue painter's tape, Kapton tape, or a PEI sheet often work well. For challenging prints, a thin layer of glue stick or a specialized adhesion spray can further enhance first-layer grip and prevent warping.
