Its Shore 95A hardness provides a tactile rubber-like feel while retaining significant structural integrity, making it ideal for parts subjected to repeated stress or bending. This material exhibits superior elasticity, allowing for the creation of components that can deform and return to their original shape without permanent damage.
Designed for FDM 3D printing, Pro-Range TPU 95A offers excellent printability with good bed adhesion and reduced tendencies for warping, common challenges with other flexible filaments. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 210°C and 230°C is recommended, along with a slower printing speed of 40-80 mm/s to ensure proper layer bonding and detail fidelity. Its high-impact resistance makes it suitable for end-use parts where wear and tear are significant factors.
