The eSUN eResin-PLA Pro Orange is a high-performance photopolymer resin specifically formulated for use with modern monochrome and color LCD-based 3D printers. This advanced PLA-based resin combines superior mechanical properties, offering a robust balance of high strength and excellent toughness. It is designed to minimize issues like residual film and sediment during printing, ensuring consistent print success and reliable model accuracy across large build volumes.

Achieving outstanding resolution, eResin-PLA Pro is ideal for applications requiring fine detail and structural integrity. For optimal printing, ensure the resin is well-shaken before use and keep it away from direct sunlight. Recommended layer thickness of 0.05mm typically requires a bottom exposure time of 30-50 seconds (recommend 40s) and a normal exposure time of 6-10 seconds (recommend 7s on EPAX X1 / 10s on Anycubic Photon). Post-processing involves cleaning the finished model with 95%+ alcohol for approximately 30 seconds to remove uncured resin, followed by proper curing.

Always handle resin in a well-ventilated area, wearing gloves to prevent skin contact. Store the resin sealed, away from light, at room temperature between 15°C and 35°C to maintain its material integrity and prolong shelf life.
