For optimal results and to prevent nozzle wear or jamming, it is highly recommended to print this material with a nozzle diameter greater than 0.5mm due to its real bronze particle content.
eSUN is renowned for its commitment to quality, ensuring superior filament consistency. This bronze filament maintains a tight diameter tolerance, which is critical for achieving high-quality prints with smooth surfaces and accurate dimensions. Recommended print settings include a hotend temperature of 190-210°C (with 210°C for the first layer) and a heated bed temperature between 0-60°C, with 40°C often being sufficient when paired with light adhesion.
