To minimize warping, ensure your print bed is level and heated to 45-60°C. Applying an adhesive like glue stick or painter's tape can also enhance bed adhesion. Avoid excessive cooling on the first layers and consider a printer enclosure for larger prints to maintain a stable ambient temperature, promoting uniform cooling.

eSUN PLA-Basic is versatile, supporting printing speeds from 40mm/s up to 300mm/s. For optimal detail and surface finish, especially on intricate models, start with lower speeds. For faster prototyping or less critical parts, higher speeds can be achieved while maintaining good layer adhesion and extrusion quality, provided your printer is calibrated.

Generally, an enclosure is not strictly necessary for eSUN PLA-Basic as it has low warping characteristics. However, for very large prints or in environments with drafts or fluctuating temperatures, an enclosure can help maintain a more stable print environment. This ensures more consistent cooling and reduces the risk of part delamination or cracking.
