The Bambu Lab ABS-GF 1.75mm Filament in Gray is a high-performance glass fiber–reinforced ABS material engineered for superior mechanical properties. Compared to standard ABS, this filament delivers a 52% higher bending modulus, significantly improved stiffness, greater tensile strength, and enhanced heat resistance with an HDT of up to 99°C. This formulation dramatically reduces warping and deformation, ensuring exceptional dimensional stability for demanding applications.

Designed for professional-quality 3D prints, ABS-GF produces parts with a distinctive matte surface finish complemented by subtle micro-spot gloss, effectively minimizing the visibility of layer lines. Its robust composition makes it ideal for functional mechanical parts, jigs, fixtures, and durable decorative components requiring a balance of strength, impact resistance, and water resistance. The material’s enhanced properties contribute to the longevity and reliability of printed parts in various challenging environments.

For optimal printing, we recommend an extruder temperature range of 240-270°C and a heated bed temperature between 80-100°C. Due to its ABS base, printing in an enclosed chamber is highly advisable to maintain a stable ambient temperature and further mitigate the risk of warping. Each spool is mounted on a high-temperature reusable spool, promoting sustainable practices and ensuring consistent, smooth filament feeding during long print jobs.
