Two Trees 220x220mm Double-Sided PEI Spring Steel Sheet

A double-sided sheet offers versatility with both textured and smooth PEI surfaces, allowing for different first-layer finishes and material compatibility. Its spring steel core ensures durability and easy print removal by flexing, while the magnetic base provides quick attachment and detachment from the hotbed.

For best adhesion, clean the PEI surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) before each print to remove any oils or residue. Ensure the hotbed is properly leveled and heated to the recommended temperature for your specific filament. A Z-offset calibration might also be necessary.

The recommended temperature range depends on the filament type. For PLA, 50-65°C is typical. ABS and PETG usually require higher temperatures, around 80-100°C. Always refer to your filament manufacturer's guidelines and your printer's specifications for optimal results.

While designed for 220x220mm hotbeds, ensure your 3D printer has a magnetic heated bed to use this sheet effectively. Physical dimensions are crucial, but also confirm your printer's firmware and power supply can properly manage and heat the magnetic base system.

Regularly clean the PEI surface with isopropyl alcohol (70-90%) to remove print residue and fingerprints. Avoid using harsh abrasives or acetone, which can damage the PEI coating. Allow the bed to cool before removing prints to prevent surface damage and facilitate easy release.
