The E3D Thermistor Cartridge is engineered to provide reliable and accurate temperature feedback for your 3D printer’s hotend. It incorporates the highly regarded Semitec 104GT thermistor, which is precisely potted into a cylindrical copper cartridge using a specialized high-conductivity ceramic-based adhesive. This robust construction not only protects the sensitive thermistor element but also ensures rapid thermal transfer and consistent performance, critical for maintaining stable printing temperatures across various filament types.

Designed for ease of use and long-term reliability, the thermistor’s legs are insulated with durable fibreglass sleeving, guarding against electrical shorts and wear. The assembly is conveniently terminated with a Molex Microfit 3.0 connector, allowing for quick disconnection of your entire HotEnd without the need for complex re-wiring. This feature, especially when paired with compatible heater cartridges, streamlines maintenance and component swaps, making it an essential upgrade or replacement part for any E3D HotEnd setup.
