This nozzle is engineered to work with 1.75mm diameter 3D printer filaments, which is the most common size used in desktop FDM 3D printers. It will not function correctly with 2.85mm or 3.0mm diameter filament, ensuring precise compatibility.

A 0.5mm nozzle diameter offers a good balance between print speed and detail. It allows for faster printing than finer nozzles (like 0.2mm) while still providing better detail than larger nozzles (like 0.8mm), making it suitable for general-purpose printing tasks and various model complexities.
