The Sensirion SHT25 is a high-performance digital sensor that combines a capacitive polymer humidity sensing element with a band-gap temperature sensor. It features integrated signal conditioning, an analog-to-digital converter, and an I2C serial interface on a single CMOSens® chip, delivering fully calibrated, linearized digital outputs for both humidity and temperature.
Engineered for long-term stability and minimal drift, the SHT25 is housed in a compact DFN-6 package, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly processes. Its low power consumption and wide supply voltage range of 2.1V to 3.6V make it ideal for integration into space-constrained and power-sensitive applications requiring precise environmental monitoring.
