V6 Brass Volcano Nozzles are high-performance brass components specifically engineered for Volcano HotEnds. They are designed to facilitate super-fine to super-fat layering, allowing users to produce stronger, faster, and larger 3D prints. The unique design of the Volcano HotEnd, combined with these nozzles, significantly enhances print speed and material extrusion capabilities.
These nozzles feature an extra-long heated melt zone, which ensures ultimate filament melt speeds and efficient material handling, especially when printing at high flow rates. While immediately compatible with the Lulzbot Moarstruder, many RepRap 3D printers, including the Prusa i3, can be upgraded with a Volcano HotEnd and these nozzles to unlock advanced printing capabilities. Note that this nozzle is exclusively for use with V6 type Volcano extruders.
